Datum Frameset

Datum Frameset

Enough tyre clearance for you to choose faster or further. Or a lot further, if you load it up. Like Transcontinental further. Where’s your boundary?

We made the Datum so you’d think again about your limits. Almost as fast as your nice road bike, but way more comfortable and adaptable thanks to some design trickery, this is the closest thing you can get to a bike that will span road, groad, ravel, gravel and anything else you can ride a drop-bar bike on. The full carbon frame keeps weight low and clearance for 38mm knobbly rubber keeps your riding options open. You could even drop in some skinny tyres and fast wheels to knock out a century ride, or enjoy pothole-smoothing 35mm rubber and ‘guards through the winter… but we’d really encourage you to explore your limits. You might even enjoy it!

Yes! All bikes (apart from ex-display bikes) are available for both home delivery and reserve and collect in-store.

For all bikes delivered to your home, please allow 3-5 working days for your bike to arrive. This is to allow adequate time for a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety checks carried out by a skilled bike technician prior to shipment. When you receive your bike, you will need to adjust the handlebars and seat-post height. Instructions on how to do this are provided with the bike. If the bikes comes with pedals, these will already be fitted to the bike for you. Kids bikes will come with 2 hex keys and a spanner, however, for all other bikes, you will require either a 4mm, 5mm or 6mm hex key to adjust your bike. For Di2 and E-bikes, the battery will need to be charged prior to use.

For all Reserve and Collect orders, your bike will undergo a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety check by a skilled bike technician in-store. Once this is completed, your chosen store will contact you informing you that your bike is ready for collection. Payment is made to the store directly. Please note, some stores may request a deposit prior to building your bike if they do not have the bike model in stock at the time of ordering and will contact you to discuss this.

One Year Warranty: All bikes have a limited warranty and components are covered for one year from date of purchase - all to the original purchaser. Any part or frame failure that you would like to have inspected, as a warranty case should be first dealt with by the participating bike store where you originally purchased the bike from. If there is a case, then the aforementioned will be sent to us for further inspection and outcome. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase.
