New Reynolds tubing & some unbelievable Chris King craft (with video)!

When I was over In Taiwan recently I had a meeting with Keith and Paul from Reynolds to discuss new tubes and to see what exciting things we could expect in the future. Up to now, stainless wise they have only offered 953 which although very amazing is also very expensive and despite the odd sample we’ve never managed to achieve the price we wanted so it’s always gone onto the back ..

All-new Latitude 853 frame for 2011

For the 2011 853 frames, we’ve worked extensively with Reynolds to offer a unique tube set that is strong enough to handle 140mm travel forks without gusseting – it passed the CEN test by a margin of more than twice the test cycles as did our previous 853 frame, but wi..

We decided to use this system as soon as we saw it would allow tapered fork steerers into a slimmer headtube than the usual tapered headtubes, plus gave us more room to work with fo..

Alfine + SS bike = ....

When we first saw the 8-speed Alfine hub with a disc mount, the iO became the iO ID in a matter of days and a new style of UK mud-plugger was born. A few of us here rode them over the winter and loved the low maintenance compromise between a single-speed and a regular geared bike. So I was really pleased to see these pictures that Day One owner Antony Lomas emailed us the other day, of his Day One..

[singlepic id=432 w=190 h=145 float=left] We've just agreed with DT Swiss for our team riders James Leavesley and Paul Errington to ride DT Swiss suspension forks in 2010 / 2011.
