At this level, 120mm of travel does it all and the triple-butted 6069 ALX-9 aluminium frame takes it. Add a Rockshox Recon Race fork with Maxle-Lite 20mm bolt-through axle to the capable Core geometry and the result is a bike that tracks accurately across rutted ground while remaining comfortable – it’s light, fast and yet it’s no nervous XC racer.
